Welcome to North Cities Quilt Guild. Our guild encourages members and guests to exchange ideas about quilting and fiber art in an informal atmosphere. Guild meeting feature trunk shows and informative programs given by well known quilt makers. NCQG welcomes quilters at every level of experience from beginners to experts.

Our meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month, except for December, at the Placentia Presbyterian Church, 849 N. Bradford, Placentia, CA. The doors open at 6:15 PM for social interaction. The meeting starts at 7:00 PM with the welcome and announcements. The speaker is scheduled to begin at 7:15 PM. Following the speaker is the business meeting which includes Show and Tell, Swap-A-Block, monthly fat quarter exchanges, and monthly opportunity quilt. We also have a yearly Quilt Challenge for members and co-sponsor a Quilt Show in every odd numbered year.

We are a non-profit organization. Our guild prides itself on the many quilts we make and donate to other charitable organizations. Over the years we have donated many quilts to groups such as H.I.S. House, the Florence Crittendon Center and local hospitals. These quilts are made by individuals as well as friendship groups.

There are numerous opportunities for anyone with an interest in a leadership role. The officers for the 2007-08 year are:
